Founded in 2006 by Neelam Sharma, R.S. Consultants is a multidisciplinary MEP engineering consultancy committed to delivering technically sound, energy-efficient and sustainable building-services solutions.

RS Consultants was founded by Mrs Neelam Sharma . RS Consultants started its journey through various steps of professional achievements and landmarks and established RSC as a leading Engineering Consulting firm in the design community. Soon after joined by Mr Sudhir Sharma. Our unique integrated approach combined with our in-house team of multi-disciplinary experts allows us to produce designs that are functionally efficient and financially viable.

Mr. Sudhir Sharma

Principal Consultant | Electrical Design & MEP Services

Mr. Sudhir Kumar Sharma is a seasoned Electrical and MEP professional with a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Thapar University, Patiala, India. With extensive experience in electrical engineering design and MEP consultancy, he has worked with several reputed MEP consulting firms and real estate organizations, delivering engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects.

Throughout his professional career, he has contributed to the planning and design of electrical systems for hotels, hospitals, banks, commercial offices, entertainment centres, group housing developments, shopping malls, IT parks, SEZs, and other large-scale developments.

Having also served as Head of Electrical Services, Mr. Sharma brings strong expertise in leading electrical design and coordinating multidisciplinary building services. His experience covers the complete design process—from understanding client requirements and developing design concepts to system planning, technical coordination, energy-efficient solutions, and project execution support.

His approach to engineering focuses on four fundamental principles:

Adv. Neelam Sharma is a multidisciplinary professional with a background in Engineering and Law, bringing together technical understanding, legal expertise and strategic leadership.

As the Proprietor of R.S. Consultants, she plays a key role in the firm’s management and strategic direction, supporting its commitment to delivering reliable, sustainable and client-focused engineering consultancy solutions.

Her engineering background provides a strong understanding of technical processes and project requirements, while her legal expertise as an Advocate strengthens the firm’s approach to contracts, regulatory compliance, documentation, risk assessment and project-related legal matters.

This combination of engineering and law enables her to view projects from both technical and regulatory perspectives, helping ensure that solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with contractual obligations and applicable requirements.

Her leadership philosophy is built around professional integrity, quality, compliance, sustainability and long-term client relationships.

Mr. Nadeem Akhatar

Senior Mechanical Engineer | HVAC

Mr. Nadeem Akhtar is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of professional experience in HVAC and MEP building services. He has extensive expertise in HVAC system design, equipment selection, ventilation, mechanical services coordination, project execution, and site supervision.

With strong technical knowledge and practical project experience, he focuses on delivering energy-efficient, reliable, maintainable, and cost-effective mechanical solutions tailored to project requirements.
